CNN’s own reporter, Dr. Sanjay Gupta, tops President Elect Barack Obama’s surgeon general list.
A neurosurgeon and one of CNN’s chief medical reporters, Gupta was approached by the Obama transition team last year in Chicago but there has been no comment on what they discussed.
Dr. Gupta is likely to make his decision within a few days.
