According to survey of state-by-state research on the nation’s health, Florida is slipping into a poor state of health.
With a high rate of infectious diseases as well as a higher number of uninsured residents, Florida has dropped to the bottom of the list of 50 states where the nation’s health is concerned.

Battling brain cancer has not stopped the formidable Senator Ted Kennedy from his focus on health care reform.
Monday the Massachusetts democrat made his first appearance on Capitol Hill since he showed up in July to support a Medicare bill.
