According to survey of state-by-state research on the nation’s health, Florida is slipping into a poor state of health.
With a high rate of infectious diseases as well as a higher number of uninsured residents, Florida has dropped to the bottom of the list of 50 states where the nation’s health is concerned.
Only five states are ranked lower than Florida: Texas, South Carolina, Mississippi, Louisiana and Tennessee. I guess the South just doesn’t put high priority on health.
Are you a Florida resident? Have you noticed a gradual change in your state’s overall health?
