State Settles Airborne Health Suit

Tuesday Wisconsin’s Attorney General, J.B. Van Hollen, revealed that his state would receive $150,000 of a $7 million suitĀ settlement that Wisconsin and 31 other states had reached with dietary supplement producer Airborne.
The original lawsuit was filed over the concern that Airborne made unlawful claims about their health care products.
