The Peach - Nutrition in The Perfect Package

Peaches are one of the highlights of summer. My family is partial to Georgia peaches, although we’ve also tasted delicious varieties from Pennsylvania, South Carolina and Florida.
I thought I’d do a little research into peaches to find out what exactly they provide nutritionally. Here’s what I found out.

Salt - How Much is Too Much?

Salt is necessary for human life. But, like many other things, too much salt can be detrimental.
According to The National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute, excess dietary sodium (salt) is the main contributor to high blood pressure, which is responsible for the death of approx. 400 Americans every day.
