Strengthen Your Immunity For Better Health

A strong, healthy immune system protects you from having to constantly fight colds, flu, arthritis, heart disease, cancer and other immune deficiency diseases.
To improve your immunity naturally, follow these guidelines:
- Eat a diet low in fat. Research shows it’s best to keep fat at 20 – 30% of your total calories. Thisis about 1/2 of the American average of 42%.
- When you do eat added fats or fatty foods, stick with olive oil and fish from unpolluted waters. These are the lipids (fats) that have been proven to be non-promoters of free-radical damage.
- Make sure you get optimum levels of all nutrients. If you’re not already taking a good, natural multi vitamin, get started right away.
- Increase your levels of natural Vitamin E and Vitamin C for extra protection from these high powered antioxidants.
- Eat more complex carbohydrates, particularly in the form of red, yellow, orange, blue, purple and green leafy fruits and vegetables. These contain the carotenoids, flavonoids and cruciferous compounds that your immune system needs.
