Hi Benny, I'd say that if you're walking all day at work that you're doing just fine. Exercising at lunch would be a good option for people who mainly sit at a desk during their working hours.

Seriously? "So take 30 minutes out of your lunch hour and go for a walk. Surely you can eat your lunch in the remaining 30 minutes"? I have only half an hour lunch. And I walk all day at work. Does that count, or does it have to be thirty minutes just walking, or can it be all through the day.

Hey Samantha, I guess I should have said premature death or death by heart disease. :-) I take my dog for a long hike every morning, so I guess that means I'll live forever!

They cut their risk of death? Really, 50% people who walk don't die? Wow! That is astounding.
Just giving you a hard time. Luckily, I walk allot so this is really great news for me!
