Here are some tips for living a happier, healthier life. Remember, the choices you’re making today will affect your health tomorrow and for years to come.
- Brush and floss your teeth at least once a day
- Drink at least eight 8oz. glasses of water every day
- Eat 5 to 9 servings of colorful fruits and veggies every day
- Manage your sleep so you don’t wake up feeling tired
- Make sure you get between 25 and 30 grams of fiber every day
- Eliminate saturated and trans fats from your diet
- Exercise for at least 30 minutes every day
- Have at least one good belly laugh every day
- Keep your checkbook balanced
- Always keep your keys in the same place
- Always be on time for your appointments
- Maintain a positive attitude
- Set goals and make a plan to reach them
- Drive safely
