I’m pretty chuffed to note Against the Grain linking to a study on curry’s anti-cancer qualities. Growing up in the Caribbean leaves me with a strong taste for curried foods (I used to eat curry powder out of the packet as a kid), so its nice to see curry vindicated as a healthy food.

Aww crap, Dr. Mercola is not only pointing out that hot dogs are linked to cancer, but which ones are the most likely to cause it.
There go my summer grilling plans…
