		<description>Tobias, fair enough, and apologies if my brevity made me sound blunt. Emma&#039;s a Type 1, and she does pay a lot of attention to the glycemic index. I think my greater concern is with the Atkins diet itself: it&#039;s reasonable as diets go, but it&#039;s not a healthy lifestyle, and people who go on diets are often sidestepping what they need to do: change their eating styles. I think it&#039;s better to forego all diets. Simply switch to a healthier way of eating and find your new weight gradually.</description>
