Get Fit Source points out another article on how weight gain is being linked to sleep deprivation.
As a recent freelancer, one thing I’ve been catching up on over the last couple weeks is my sleep. I’ve been dedicated to not becoming another overcaffeinated zombie, I’m curious as to whether it will I will notice benefits.

The magic of portion control

At Starling Fitness there is a great blog post called “You Can Eat Anything You Want” that focuses on the magic of portion control.
Are you craving a burger and fries? Then go for it, but eat only a portion of it. The argument is great, but takes a lot of discipline!
