This site is the best I have seen and actually gives personalized workouts. It is professional looking and easy to use for those who want to take their fitness level up a notch. I really like the great animations showing proper form and technique too. It is great to print out your workouts and track them - great for those of us who are busy and want to monitor our results easily. I like the variety and the detailed articles and explanations.
