For example, a glass of juice contains the same amount of calories a can of soda. Obviously the orange juice is the better choice, but if you drink several glasses a day the calories get processed, and they have to go somewhere, no matter how healthy they are.
Now good food choices can help you feel hungrier longer, but one still has to pay attention to how much they are eating or compensate with some physical activity.
