		<description>There is no way you&#039;re going be able to keep proper form while both biking and lifting.  A stationary bike is not set up to give you the appropriate support for weight lifting even while you&#039;re sitting still; the fact that you&#039;re pedaling at the same time means that you&#039;re practically garaunteed to pull a muscle or otherwise injur yourself.

And the &quot;as many reps as you can in a minute&quot; approach goes against everything I&#039;ve ever heard or read about strength exercise.  It leads to terrible form, makes inury more likely, and won&#039;t evenly work your muscles the way a slow, controlled pace will.</description>
