Coffee: The Good and the Bad

Coffee, the fuel of choice for many. There has been some recent reporting on the benefits of coffee lately, and caffeine does speed up your metabolism. But there are also some down sides. Coffee often replaces breakfast, leading people to being hunger swings, or coupled with some donuts, sugar crashes.
