Last Friday we missed putting one up, so here is our ‘recipe of last week’ from Bondpiano.com, and it’s a lasagna recipe that sounds great.

The only thing I don’t like about this dish is the high sodium. But for an entire meal, it’s not bad. You can use low calorie bread as a side by putting some Smart Balance and garlic powder on it and baking it in the oven. The kids even like this dish and they don’t have to know the fat content has been axed out in a big way.
